These Terms of Service govern use of Degree to License at degreetolicense.com and, when access is provided, the Calendar Sync application. By using Calendar Sync, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not connect your Google account. Calendar Sync is currently available only to approved early-access users.
What Calendar Sync does
Calendar Sync lets you select Google calendars and creates a separate Busy Mirror calendar in your Google account. It reads calendar events to derive availability, including event titles to apply any exact-title exclusions you choose. No title is excluded by default. It writes generic “Busy” events with start and end times to the app-created calendar. It does not copy source event titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations into those mirrored events. You must separately configure any scheduling platform that supports a Google conflict calendar to consult Busy Mirror; Calendar Sync does not connect directly to your EHR or referral platforms.
Your account and responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and have authority to connect each Google account and calendar you select.
- Choose the correct source calendars and check the resulting Busy Mirror calendar. Test each connected scheduling platform before relying on it for availability.
- Keep your Google account secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized use through the Contact page.
- Assess your professional, privacy, contractual, and regulatory obligations before connecting calendars. Calendar titles can contain sensitive information even though the mirrored events are generic. Do not enter patient or client information in exclusion rules. Calendar Sync is not an EHR, clinical record, emergency service, or substitute for your own scheduling checks.
Google access and disconnecting
You authorize Calendar Sync to use the Google permissions described in the Privacy Policy to provide the service. You may disconnect in the app or revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting deletes the app’s local account and connection record and attempts to revoke the Google grant. The Busy Mirror calendar and its existing events remain in your Google account until you delete them there; they stop being updated after disconnection.
Availability and changes
Calendar Sync is provided on an “as available” basis during limited early access. Sync can be delayed or interrupted by Google API limits, expired permissions, connectivity, configuration errors, or service maintenance. It may miss, retain, or temporarily duplicate a busy block. Check your source and destination calendars and the connected platform before accepting a booking. We may change, suspend, or end early access and will provide notice of material changes when reasonably possible.
Fees
Calendar Sync is currently offered to approved early-access users without a subscription charge. If paid access is introduced later, its price, billing period, cancellation method, and any additional terms will be presented before a charge is made. Joining the early-access email list does not create a paid subscription.
